  Why this Seminar?

This seminar is designed for managers and executives with little or no formal training or experience in accounting and financial management. It was prepared with the conviction that a set of core skills in finance and accounting skills should be practiced by managers interested in improving their performance in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and day-to-day operations control. The objective is to equip the participants with the skills required to make on-going and longer-term decisions affecting the destiny of their operations. The financial concepts, tools and examples are applicable to to all functions of an organization including corporate administration, research and development, human-resource management, policy formulation, systems and information technology, production, distribution, marketing, sales and client services. The emphasis is on tools, competencies and practices that can be put to work quickly.
